This album design for Durham-based songwriter Anne-Claire is a collaboration of elements: front cover photography by Kendall Atwater, tree sculpture ‘Askew’, by Roxy Paine, design and other photos by E Henderson Studio, and illustration by Janie Ledford.

Anne-Claire is a songwriter based in Durham, NC. Her songs explore the tension between control and abandon, cautious approach and total immersion in the moment. She plays across a musical range, moving among disco diva rapture and densely soulful reflection to pounding beats and swelling synths.
